1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("You", "Your", or "User") and 9492461 Canada Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of our websites and services. By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Our Services

We operate healthcare-related websites and provide healthcare services including osteopathy treatments, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage therapy, menopause support and consultation, and related holistic healthcare services. We also provide online appointment booking via Jane App (opfirst.janeapp.com), educational content and resources, healthcare information and blog posts, and email consultations where appropriate.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services independently. Minors under 18 may use our Healthcare Services with parental or guardian consent and supervision. To book appointments, you may need to create an account through our booking system (Jane App). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain and update your information; keep your login credentials secure; notify us immediately of any unauthorized access; and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Healthcare Services Terms

Our Healthcare Services are provided for wellness and therapeutic purposes. They are not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. You should consult with your physician or primary healthcare provider regarding any health concerns. By booking and attending appointments, you acknowledge that a practitioner-patient relationship is established, you will provide accurate health information, and you understand the scope and limitations of our services. Before receiving any Healthcare Services, you will be informed about the nature of the treatment, have the opportunity to ask questions, provide informed consent for treatment, and have the right to refuse or discontinue treatment.

5. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system (Jane App), by phone at 365-297-7572, or by email at info@opfirst.ca. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Repeated late cancellations may result in service termination. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment Terms

Service fees are listed on our booking platform. Payment is due at the time of service. We provide receipts suitable for insurance submission. Direct billing may be available for certain insurers. You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage. We do not guarantee insurance reimbursement. Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be issued for services not rendered due to our cancellation, duplicate payments, or other circumstances as determined appropriate.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Websites and online content only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with Service operations, harvest or collect user information, or engage in any activity that could harm our reputation.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. 13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR DAMAGES EXCEEDING FEES PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
